Information we collect

When you fill in our booking request form, we only collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests and your message.

Why we collect it

This information is used only to answer your request, offer you a stay and manage your booking. We do not sell it and do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Consent

By ticking the box on the form, you consent to our use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then destroy or anonymize it. Access is limited to the chalet owners.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may process data outside Quebec. Emails are handled by our email provider. Squarespace may also collect anonymous visit statistics.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to the address above. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
